e and i returned to boundry after a couple of years absence and i am impressed by what is going on there. between us we tried a crab salad, souffle suisse, chicken fricassee, suckling pig and a sublime dauphenoise. it was rather late when we started so i can't vouch for pudding, but all we ate was very good. the wine list deserves a special mention as there are some relative bargains and many obscurities - we had a bottle of 2005 red arbois which was in very fine form indeed.
