quite a busy week for me work wise post my suffolk adventure, with lots going on. one culianry highlight was some caramelised granny smiths with morcilla from brindisa, which i shall certainly do again. in the office today (and maybe tomorrow too), but hopefully i will get some time to make something viscous.

yes. more apples and black pudding please. and eccles cakes and lancashire cheese. im not so sure about the viscous though.
