after a couple of days off some good times last night as i executed fergus' aligator theory with a duck leg, turnips and shallots. for unknown reasons, the world remians a little strained in my expereince as spring lurks around a cloudy cold corner. still, today i am on for some lunch at st jb&w which should be jolly nice.
