3. Beetrootlax (Putney)
4. Red Mullet and Radish Leaf (Bermondsey)
5. Dover Sole (Cornwall)
6. Focaccia with green and mozzarella (Regents Park)
7. Turbot with lentil (Cornwall)
8. Dahls, various (Bermondsey)
9. Duck Rillette
10. The Chorizo and bean stew (Bermondsey)

Also with special mention to the braised lettuce and sloe cheese.
