e and i went to whitstable for a couple of days - as ever a lovely place to be. we had lunch at the sportsman: amazing asparagus, brill, lamb gravy particularly noteworthy. yesterday e and i walked to faversham which was good, although i caught the sun a little. unfortunately, i was terribly, terribly ill last night - sadly most probably food poisoning, though i would very much doubt the sportsman is at fault.
