had a rather good lunch today at foliage with my aged relative. super gooey "sous vide" genre duck egg with asparagus and belota ham deserves some special mention, as does the outragous value of the whole affair. luckily it looks unlikely that i will get gout. my extended weekend looks like a quite blank canvas, what is a boy to do? things look (at least for now) to be going well in the test match.
