last night's dinner - spagetti with fresh crab and chilli, then a dexter t-bone from the excellent @nathanthebutcher with volnay. good times.

quick update on project face-bacon (aka guanciale) - it is now in from the cold. i think this weekend might see some pasta all'amatriciana.

some salami making was the order of the day for this weekend - they look ok (see below) for my first go, but i am slightly concerned they could be a bit light on the salt. other than this i passed a rather lazy weekend.
