dinner last night - chicken with morels and leeks:

i have mentioned before the excellent citrus from fern verrow - this weekend i picked up a particular treat: cedro.  these are very thick skinned and sweet - the skin is traditionally used for mixed peel, so i made some candied strips of peel to go with a sorbet of the juice.
